We don't know that Moridin is the only Forsaken with them. This is not a fact, sir. We have only seen Moridin channel the TP and none of the others, IIRC. And we do have one PoV by one of the Forsaken (I forget which, but I'm almost positive it was a male Forsaken) that he's surprised that Moridin had accumulated so many so fast. This shows that at the very least some of the Forsaken know about Saa and it could imply at least a few of them have some Saa. Maybe just one, but I don't think we can say yet that none of the other Forsaken have any.
I would have expected it to be mentioned. Do we know if the Saa only appear when you channel the TP. Or can they appear even when you are not touching the TP. Ishamaels eyes were in constant flames, but then thats not exactly normal Saa.
Oh, and yes you are correct in that Moridin is not the only one to have had the Saa. Ishamael probably had them too, before his eyes went all flamey. Demandred would have seen that.
Also remember, that while in the books there are only the 13 forsaken who were trapped in the bore, in the AoL there were a LOT of forsaken. Hundreds or more likely thousands. Maybe tens of thousands even. It is likely that many of them, (especially the ones weaker of will and unable to resist the draw of the TP) got the Saa. That is where the knowledge of the dangers originates. Ofcourse of those TP-addicted forsaken, Ishamael was the only one trapped in the bore and preserved for the current time period.
