Before it was clear that Rand would be with all three, I was pulling for Elayne. I've always liked her best of the three. Beyond that? Lan and Nynaeve to finally work out their issues, which thankfully it seems they have. I'm glad Morgase has finally found someone who loves her as a person. Also, Gaul and Chiad. They're cute.

Pevara and Torm. I know, polar opposites (she's a dedicated Red sister, he's a Child of the Light), but both are good sorts, trying to do the right thing, and it would just be hilarious. Maybe he'll rescue her or something.
