I was thinking that there may have been a Dreamer among the women that LTT wanted to link to there by sealing the bore in all worlds. When Egwene was training with the Wise Ones, they said that dreaming was very rare in men. So he may have needed a dreamer of strength (Egwene). Perhaps Latra Posae Decume had the foretelling or someone close to her
