Fain mentions many times that he can "sense" Rand, but the first time he mentions the ability, he says that the Randsense fades in and out. Do we know what he is talking about?

I think that whenever Rand assumed the "Oneness" and/or seizing saidin, it blocked out Fain's ability to sense Rand.


That makes sense with why Fain didn't notice him as he stole the Horn of Valere from under his nose. Although he did get pretty close before he touched saidin.
