Imagine if the DO wins. He breaks the wheel, and in some genius way the creator setup the whole system so that when the DO wins, he is automatically locked out again.

So we have a new pattern, no wheel, and no DO. And this time the DO doesn't get a billion chances in an infinitely long cycle. It's a new world baby.

So, DO wins. No OP. No wheel. World goes on.
