I would doubt that "tight curls" would hang below her waist. Waist long hair is usually either straight or only lightly curled (or as is said at the DF Social "in waves"
, if only because it starts to hang out.(On the other hand, it's been several months (years?) from the DF social, so she might have gotten a haircut in the meantime.)
At least the color and that the hair is somewhat curly seems similar.
