I know a lot of people like this scene, for the whole "kneel or be knelt" part, but I actually did like the idea of being as strategic as possible in battle.
Maybe it's because I read "The Iliad" and studied the whole Greek concept of being a hero on the battlefield, but in many ways, it made sense for me to strip away the false politeness of having to be threatened before striking someone with lightning and replaced it with brutally destroying your opponent as quickly as possible by dehumanizing them.
That's probably why I favor the Forsaken that actually destroy their opponents rather than stand around taunting them.
