Cadsuane was pretty cool in that moment. I love it when characters get slapped. I think some readers forget that the Aes Sedai do have an understanding of what balefire is. It's one of the few bits of knowledge that they still possess from the Age of Legends.

I like that scene, too, because it showed that not everyone is bowled over by his t'a'veren powers, and some people would still apply standards of morality to him, regardless of whether such standards are proper. She is just one of the few to be blatantly honest about it, rather than doing it behind his back.
