I thought the female Choedan Kal was destroyed during the cleansing.



This has bothered me. Why did the female CK break but not the Male. Although since I JUST finished reading TGS about an hour ago I see that it doesn't matter anymore.


Only idea is that it has to do with Nynaeve passing out. Maybe she lost consciousness while still connected to the Source and that did it. Or maybe it could have something to do with Nyn being closer to her exhaustion limit than Rand.
