If Moiraine does not come out of the Tower of Genghei burned out, I feel that she will be regarded (as has already been hinted at) as a legend among Aes Sedai.
Having found the Dragon Reborn first, guided his first step, forged this special bond with him (possibly the only Aes Sedai he's ever trusted), killed 2 Forsaken and totally avoided the Tower struggle, she cannot be compared to any other Aes Sedai (Caddy included). She is not in the same league anymore as the regular Aes, a bit like post-Moria Gandalf became something more.
I'd say that Cadsuane will acknowlegde this state of matters. There may not be a power struggle for influence with Rand, as he trusted Moiraine and cast away Caddy (leaving room for Moiraine).
