Honestly, Cadusane, as she is now, is completely unimpressive. She is, as Tam says, a bully. And now that Rand has learned about tears and laughter and all that good stuff, she's pretty unnecessary. I'm sure a use can be found for her- she's powerful, and the lesser Aes Sedai can always use someone to whip them into shape- but if Moiraine came around, no one would give a damn about her
