A clash will not happen because Moiraine will want to chastise Cadsuane for doing her best to guide Rand. Moiraine will not seek out a clash at all. However, Cadsuane is very much the alpha-female and has little to no confidence/tolerance for people other than herself.
If upon returning from Finnland Moiraine attempts to again become an advisor to Rand, she and Cadsuane will clash, not because she wants to clash, but because it is Cadsuane's way or the highway. By clash, I certainly don't mean a duel or a physical fight, just an argument. And I would like to see Caddy put in her place, though I doubt that will happen. But I do believe that Rand will favor Moiraine over Cadsuane.
