Moiraine was wise enough to see the truth of how to best serve and guide Rand with the secret of saidar: by surrendering.

She told Egwene, but she has apparently forgotten.

She'll set Cadsuane (and the other AS) on the right path.

I don't think a confrontation with Egwene will be needed. Maybe with Siuan and then Eggy will see it working (again) and remember.
