The only POV on her death is Rands.

Considering how much was hidden from Rand about the true nature of his birth and early childhood, It is entirely possible she is still out there.

To my knowledge we've not had one from Tam or another older Emonds fielder.

The closest we get is Nyneave who alludes to some iregularity involveing Rands early childhood.

If you remember in EotW, when Rand is facing Ishy, a bunch of people Rand knows show up and he says that it's a lie. All of them but Kari disappear, since they were all alive and Kari was dead.
