it would be a bit ridiculous to think that siuan didn't pass some interesting 13th depository crap to moraine, especially stuff that pertained to the forsaken (the forsaken would definitely be a real threat to the dragon reborn). i don't think that the secrets of balefire are hidden in those files, but forsaken knowledge seems highly likely.
