Ok a big argument about his possible killer is the speed to kill a channeler thing...

I have a problem here. Many seem to think that a channeler is like a freakin god. It's just not that way. Think how many asha'man dropped to aiel spears coming out of the gateways. These dude were ready for combat. Asmodean was not, he was opening a door to get some damn wine. on top of that he hesitated because of the shock of knowing his killer. So really any person knowing how to use a knife could have done it. disagree? perhaps because of the issue with needing to be killed ultra fast, words still in the air when death took him and all that? well a knife across the throat can do that, even a two rivers bumkin could have been the killer.

First off Asmo has more experience channeling than all of the Asha'man combined. He was alive for centuries before the Sealing of the Bore. Second, the Asha'man were being attacked by multiple attackers, which is a lot more difficult to defend against than a single attacker. Third, there are multiple examples of channelers defending themselves from people they see with knives. Rand easily stops a Grey Man in LoC and stops a thrown knife from Bashere at short range. Semi does the same when Min throws knives at her.

PS it cant be balefire. if the words were still in the air when death took him it could NOT be balefire. The weave would have erased the words before they ever happened even the smallest amount possible. :p

Again, you're wrong, Be'lal's death is described in a very similar manner, "Before it(balefire), Be'lal became a shape of shimmering motes, specks dancing in the light for less than a heartbeat, flecks consumed before his cry faded." So it could have easily been balefire, in fact comparing the two deaths and the fact that the DO couldn't have brought Asmo back even had he wanted to points very strongly to it being balefire.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
