The chapter ends giving us no clue whether or not there was a body remaining. Most people assume that balefire killed Asmodean, and thus there would be no body. I imagine that if someone found Asmodean's body that they would tell Rand, but I suppose that would be contingent on the circumstance that someone recognized the body. I don't remember how many people died, but it might have been possible that Asmodean's body was lost among the dead.


Exactly, his body would probably have been put out with the rest. Also the killer may have taken the head for proof of the kill or a trophy :p
