I don't really know. I'm in the dark on this one. I just have my spider senses going off that the key will not lie in the Power, for the reasons I stated in my first post.

Presently, my theory is that the Creator's Seal is simply the Threads of the Pattern themselves. A 4th dimensional Age Lace that the Aes Sedai from the AoL drilled through somehow and freed the DO. What did the Threads do when the DO was freed? They fled, and the Bore grew. When LTT Sealed the Bore with Saidin, the DO used those weaves to access Saidin and Tainted it (my opinion again). Then he proceeded to corrode those cuendillar seals for the better part of an Age until he could stretch out and touch the world again.

Rand as a Ta'veren Thread, will face the DO, and he will force other threads to face Him, and maybe just the shear action of standing against that flood of darkness will be a large part of recreating the Seal as was made by the Creator.

Sounds a little fanciful, I guess. But there it is
