Honestly it was a significant achievement of wills that I managed to finish this book, and I will never pick up the next book. The purple prose, the unlikeable characters, the unmanageable names, the laughable "plot" (let alone story), the inept attempts at narrative cohesiveness...

Um. Yeah. HATE.

I hate this book! I tried to get through it three separate times before I muscled through. Ugh.. just... ugh.
