As usual, Camilla has made a spelling error. I suggest the traditional punishment.

I know it dates back to Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II at the very least. We chop off her thumbs.

"Faster! Faster! Faster would be better! Mal to Zoey, followed by Reevers"
First, it's Zoe, not Zoey. Perhaps Camilla has confused Zoe with Zooey Deschanel? I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt here, seeing as one of her thumbs is on the line. Unfortunately, I've never heard her mention Ms. Deschanel. Second, the proper spelling is reaver, not reever. These are not people who help in establishing administrative officers below the rank of ealdorman or earl (reeves), but rather, space-faring cannibals who plunder and rob (reave), much like Camilla's ancestors did when they helped encourage that verb's use in the written chronicles of Anglo-Saxon England.
So, Rebekah, will you chop off her thumbs or shall I?

Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

Quote of the Moment: I've gone through the suggested quotes and added rather a lot of them.

I've thought for a good while now that the Hobbit quote should be expanded.

What if we just left if off after "world"?

OK. I will amend the quote to the one Legolas (appropriately) gave.

I could get a knife through Customs just fine as long as it's in my checked luggage.

The problem I have with that is that the "black goop" extends too far to the right, obscuring posts.
