Does the phrase have any meaning for you?

Apparently it's now more commonly thought of as modern city setting with supernatural aspects (vampires, werewolves etc) and romance.
I haven't read The Dresden Files but from what I know about it it seems to fall within umbrella as currently defined.
In the end though it's just a marketing label.
