I am sure, though, that Frodo and Sam both sang the Gilthoniel e Elbereth song or whatever, which uses the word something like six or seven times, and they sang it at least three times in the book so that already comes to 21 or so, and then Galadriel also spoke about Elbereth. I think they left out things spoken of in poems or something.
