That particular scene completely ruined the book for me. I may tear it out, because when I flicked over that bit, I really enjoyed the book. First reading, it completely coloured my reading of the book. Mind you, I found the ending a bit tenuous.

Yeah. Tearing it out mightn't be a bad idea.
