Only missed Hamfast Gamgee (should have got this), Imrahil (just couldn't remember his name), Haldir (really, I don't remember him being talked about that much), and Gorbag (knew I missed this one, just couldn't remember his name, but was shocked Grishnakh wasn't on the list)

But I pretty much didn't think of DEAD people who are named, like Elendil, Isildur, Durin, Thorin, Eorl, Aragorn's dad (hey wait, did this include the Appendices??), Helm, and Arvedui.


Arathorn shows up every time Aragorn is desribed as "son of Arathorn". Same with Isildur and Elendil. They are both mentioned a lot in the context of Aragorn. Helm makes a lot of appearances if you count Helm's Deep, Eorl is mentioned a lot in the context of Rohan. And Durin and Thorin roundabout the rings and Bilbo and Moria.

I confess I am a little stumped at Arvedui.

Arathorn kind of annoyed me. I'm being bitter, but if he's only mentioned in Aragorn's full name it shouldn't count. *pouts*
