I'm reading Mistborn right now and enjoying it quite a bit. Given that, and given how impressed I was with Sanderson's work on The Wheel of Time, I am very much looking forward to a long, epic fantasy series by someone who knows how to tell a story. The book-a-year pace he seems to be setting with his work so far is encouraging as well, and hopefully he can keep the quality up.

Its really been more than a book a year, right? He's been popping out books while working on WoT, which isn't his and as such would be more time consuming and challenging than his own work. I feel like he's the type who could put out books at a pace of 3 every 2 years!

Elantris is a very poor example of Sanderson's work. Jacob - 24/08/2010 01:59:05 PM 1057 Views
