What with the troll fight in the end and stuff.

I was an incredibly wimpy five year old and my brain likes those books from a Story perspective.

Also: my little sisters would have been around 5 when they were read them. No problems there.

Maybe for some children there would be nightmares, but there are children who get nightmares from Heidi. There's no guarantee that something will or will not induce nightmares.


The reading time could actually matter greatly, atleast it did to me when I was a kid.
