I mainly missed the Dumbledore scenes. First his confrontation with the Dursleys (what was the point of the café scene?), and then Harry defending Dumbledore to Scrimgeour, and then telling Dumbledore about it later. Not to mention Harry finding out that Snape betrayed his parents. I am really quite shocked that they would leave that out.
Those are all significant to the plot and upcoming events in DH, well, outside of Dumbledore with the Dursleys (though it was entertaining).
Finding out that Snape betrayed his parents is central to Harry's continued hatred of the man afterall, and why he continues to distrust him despite Dumbledore's insistence.
These are all things that would have fit easily into the movie too. I can't see any of these adding much to the run time.
