1 - Approximately how many books do you read in the average month?

Around 3.

2 - Of those books, what ratio would be Sci-fi/Fantasy compared with Not SFF? (Ie SFF:NotSFF)

90-95% Mostly fantasy, but occasionally historical fiction, science fiction, or some other speculative fiction.

4 - Do you read every day?

Not for pleasure, no.

5 - Do you find it easy to discuss the books you read?

Not especially. I tend to feel like the books have already discussed themselves. What's left to say? I could extend the ideas of the story to discuss ties with similar stories, real or potential. I enjoy doing that at another community, which is all about defining game systems for telling stories that feel like X story. This community, though, likes to focus on the one book at a time, its actual prose, its actual events, and its actual characters. The closest it gets here is to say, "This book is like that book, so if you like that one, then you might like this one."

5a - If not, do you know what might make it easier?

Not really. I think you all do a great job. I enjoy lurking here; I just don't often have much to add.

6 - Do you buy books as soon as they are published?

Only for special cases. Even for my favorite authors, I'm usually content to see if the public library will pick it up before deciding whether or not to buy it.

7 - What do you like to see in reviews?

An extremely brief, spoiler-free statement about what ties the main characters to the plot, comparisons to other books/authors, quality statements about the various aspects of the book, and an overall assessment of the book's readability vs. its price and availability.
