Emailing the pdf fo your kindle email address with Convert as your email subject. If you send them without the Convert, they just pass teh file along still in PDF. If you're doing this, do it when you are WiFi connected, not 3G. If they send it via 3G it costs a small amount, over wifi it is free.
Using a program called calibre to convert the files from PDF to MOBI, but for some reason it's hit and miss. Sometimes it doesn't actually convert. Plus it screws with the formatting of some of them HORRIBLY. Should I assume the same formatting problems with this too?
