2. Your focus and attention span have gone down. The internet has done that to a lot of people. Try meditation - just do some breathing exercises and mind-clearing for 15-20 minutes (set a timer; otherwise you'll start thinking "I wonder how long I've been doing this?" ) and it increases focus and attention dramatically. Studies have shown it also helps retention of information (if that's important).


This sounds like really helpful advice. I'll be sure to try that next time I'm having trouble focusing. Thanks!
