I enjoyed the book but I don't think his prose were as good as Jordan's random thoughts Send a noteboard - 25/03/2011 07:05:02 PM
Donaldson has great prose but his stories are very dark and some find him hard to read. Robert Charles Wilson also has great characters and prose but he is more scfi. I think it is better to give a writer a chance and be disappointed then it is to pass a writer up because he might not be good enough. You should be able tell if you like the prose just reading a few random passages.
