I especially "loved" the parts about this all being a commentary on global warming (very subtle of Martin, that, he truly had us all fooled!) and how apparently underage sex, incest, rape, and all the other good things that fill Martin's books are appealing to the female population, and an example of HBO pandering to it, rather than faithfully following the books.

I really wonder what is in this woman's head, if anything is at all... The rebuttal you linked to somewhat doused my ire, at least.
