Sorry to any of you who clicked this thinking there was news of an impending WoT miniseries...but that's why the topic tab is "discussion" and not "news."

Anyway, I had a question for you all. If Game of Thrones succeeds commercially as a miniseries, how long do you think it will be before a wot miniseries gets started?

Apparently HBO is thinking of adapting Neil Gaiman's American Gods and fantasy is at an all time high in terms of marketability.

It would seem like the obvious move for showtime or starz.

I'd give it a year two at most from the point at which Game of Thrones becomes a hit.
