Well, if it ends up as a miniseries, then I could see nine happening, since the sopranos was six and ran as high as 20 or more episodes per season.
If it ends up turning out really good, I don't see why a network wouldn't want to stick around for 9 seasons. Other shows have gone that long, tho they have been sitcoms mostly. Idk doesn't seem as fantastical as getting a pony to me.
