I read the entire series and even bothered to write a review of it; that's more than most people on this forum can say. 
But yes, despite the occasional flash of inspiration or even brilliance - intended or unintended - I can't say Twilight deserves to be in such a top 100 list. But it isn't just Twilight anymore. As we discussed in another thread a month or so ago, if you take a look at any bookstore's "YA" section, you see tons of YA fantasy/horror ripping off either HP or Twilight, it's getting kind of sad.
