My Kindle does as well, but i find the pdf functionality to be far less...erm...functional than an actual ebook format. I'll be the first to admit Calibre SUCKS to configure and has so much functionality that it becomes less functional. However, it does it's job fairly well, and I work on computers for a living, so getting it setup wasn't too big of a hassle. I really like that you can batch convert with it.
