The story doesn't change, it's only that the English translation is printed alongside the Serbian original, so your best bet is buying that (very few translations of this particular story were listed on the official website).
At least I don't have to agonize about which translation to read, then.

I read both since I'm teaching myself how to read Serbian (fun challenge so far. Got most of the structural aspects down now, just need to increase the vocabulary tenfold and I'll be set for reading; speaking is an entirely different matter that I'll worry about later), but most shouldn't bother unless they want to compare how the translator's efforts to the original. It's 44 pages in Serbian, 50 in English, so it's really just a novelette.
