I've seen the Spanish and Latin editions at bookstores as well, although I didn't buy those.

Sounds like it's well on its way to being the new version of Le Petit Prince, which I think is available in close to two hundred languages and dialects. I collect editions of that and I currently have 11 editions (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Latin, Serbian, Portuguese, Catalan, Hungarian, and Irish) to use as aids for studying translation techniques.
