The structure/formula stays roughly the same Myrdhyn Send a noteboard - 06/12/2011 09:02:27 PM
However, from book 3 on it seems to pick up and be a bit more interconnected and less episodic than the first 2-3 books.

Take that with a grain of salt though, I'm only 61% (according to my kindle) of the way through Book 8: Proven Guilty, so I don't know if the entire series continues to become less episodic or falls back to the earlier formula. I think it a fairly safe bet to say that it doesn't, but stranger things have happened.

I just started reading this the weekend before Thanksgiving. It's a bit more Dick Tracey and bit less Harry Potter than I was thinking it would be, but I'm really glad my friend kept badgering me to read it.
