...not to personally insult many of the visitors to the "home of science fiction and fantasy" genre website you're currently on. Didn't you learn somewhere along the way: "if you can't say anything nice about someone, don't say anything at all"?

Sure, you can make comments about Larry - and ME, of course, since I hold the readers of only genre fiction in higher contempt than he does - but the point is that our contempt is well placed.


Surely your contempt would be better served directed toward say, racists or pedophiles, some group actually deserving contempt? I don't think you should feel superior to someone because you read more books than they do - I suppose that's your right, but it makes you seem small.
