But I did read most cover to cover.

Others, I read anywhere from a few chapters (Pain Mgmt) to about half (Cardiac Imaging, Thoracic Radiology). I know I'll be going back to the radiology ones when I do my rotation in it, but I read just enough to get me through my medicine and surgery rotations.

You really have to do your best to make it a habit to read every day, no matter what. :/

Also, Robbins is a great book and (if you're in med school) I would do my best to get through it before step 1, and try to do questions from the accompanying Review of Pathology for R&C.
