Though I don't remember him specifically referencing the fight with the black court in the mall or the incident with Gard and the abducted lady.


There's a short story with Murphy's POV from right after Changes and another short he did from Marcone's POV in an anthology book, 'Dark and Stormy Knights' IIRC. Hard to drop a casual reference by Dresden on those since he wasn't witness to them, skipped my mind earlier, I'd have suspected he might have systematically referenced every single short story in Cold Days and I just missed it but I guess not.
