Thoughts? Beyond it being unlikely that I'll read it in the next 1-2 months? Little *NM* Larry Send a noteboard - 19/10/2013 07:08:26 AM

I'm stunned to see that there hasn't been a review (or even discussion thread) for this book yet. Am I making things up, or was Republic of Thieves not a highly anticipated book?

For my part, I really enjoyed it. While it doesn't feature the fast-paced action of The Lies of Locke Lamora or Red Seas Under Red Skies, I found that the humor was excellent and the political intrigue fun...but what really drove this book was Sabetha. Unwrapping the layers of her relationship with Locke was a great deal of fun, in both timelines, and made for some good tension throughout the book.

Any thoughts?
