He will be occupied with finishing WoT the next year and half; he won't have time to get the Warbreaker sequel ready next year.
I think his deal with Tor got changed so that they are publishing the first "Way of Kings" novel instead. That one is planned to be published next year (he only has some revising left on the book, so as I understand it he should be able to finish it in time).

I had just googled "Warbreaker 2" and found that blurb from Sanderson. I figured things were going to be rearranged to make it easier for the next WoT book to come out, but didn't see anything concrete.
			Has Sanderson indicated if he's going to write a sequel to Warbreaker?
