The deal will be made up of cash and shares. I've linked to the BBC report below.

I wonder what effect this deal will have. I don't imagine that it will have a massive effect on the comic side of things but it could have a large effect on the Marvel movie studio which has been making some good films.

What are people's thoughts on this?
