I think you're asking too much- if you know a small sliver about the typical tastes of the reviewer, it's up to you to decide what you think about the book from the actual review. I don't want really in depth info about a book before I read it; I like to discover most of that for myself. And sometimes, even when I really like someone, I don't know that my tastes align with theirs ( *cough*Rebekah*cough* )

I don't really expect people to put forth the effort of describing themselves, I just think it could be interesting to have a quick glance at what he/she typically likes.

Or maybe (yeah, because Ben doesn't already have too much to do), if we get a Reviews Section, there could be more than one dot to click (like the post subject) that cover some of that. As in: this book is historical fiction *click*, a classic *click*, popular author *click*.
