Give me a few days to join in... Tashmere Send a noteboard - 23/11/2009 12:47:13 AM
This has been a hard week. But I did buy a new copy of the book (Tradeback this time) and an reading it when I get the time. I am impressed all over again at how he said things.

Amusingly, we had thought that we had lost the book somehow because we remembered my son Brian bringing it back after he read it and then Laura bringing it back but then it disappearred and we didn't see it for months. When I was at the bookstore buying the new one, I called Brian and asked if there were any books that he wanted for his birthday while I was there buying that. He said that he had been planning on buying us another copy for Christmas as he had read and reread our copy until it was pretty dog-earred.

It always feels good when we find a book that all of us connect with.
