and not participate this time, due to lack of interest and time.
For the Sci-Fi & Fantasy book club we'll read Magician by Raymond E Feist. The book club discussion for this will open on Monday 18 January.

Not interested in this book.
The Other Literature book club choice is The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. Discussion will begin on Monday 25 January.

Interested, but lacking time. I presume that it's not the butchered children/young adult version, yes?;)
I've no time for the big book. My vacation will only be about one week long (i.e. time for reading books) and I've already planned to read Pandora's Star, another not-so-thin-book.
But I will be glad to see your discussion on this one and perhaps I'll remember enough to be able to give a comment or two...
