But I preferred his Bio of a Space Tyrant series much more.
Didn't Anthony put out a new Incarnations book since "And Eternity" came out??
I do know that he has another Space Tyrant book, but I haven't even seen it yet.
PErsonally, I wouldn't bother recommending Piers Anthony to anyone but kids. I used to be a huge fan, but then I grew hair in funny places...
the reading level is a bit above "young adult" but the story and concepts are pretty well done. plus the author's notes at the end of each book are almost (if not more) interesting than the books sometimes.

My wife is looking for a fantasy series to read - she liked Mistborn but didn't like Elantris, and she loved Martin but can't stand Jordan. Any suggestions?

Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.

What she liked about Martin was the political intrigue and realism.

It's a mix of quest fantasy and political intrigue.

Otherland is also good, but it meanders a lot more than MS&T. Also, it's more sci-fi than fantasy. *NM*

It's not so much a series as a "oh, people liked my book, I'll start writing sequels".
