If you don't want to read a book at any given time, don't. If you happen to enjoy other forms of entertainment more for the time being, that's not a bad thing. Writer's block exists because people have to meet deadlines, but there's no such problem when it comes to reading (unless you've committed to some sort of book club or whatever, I guess). If books don't interest you right now, then do something else. :)
